You MUST secure your laundry in a proper laundry tote or bag. No baskets are permitted. Please do not book this service if you knowingly have a pest infestation such as bedbugs, roaches, or lice. If this is detected upon arrival, you will still be charged the travel fee of $15.00.

Our technicians have a one hour window to pick-up your items. For example, if you book pick up at 10:00 AM, your laundry will be picked up between 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM.
