OUR POLICIES
- We have a 2 hour minimum .
- We do not hand wash dishes.
- We provide all of our own supplies and equipment.
- We are fully insured.
- We require a 25% non-refundable deposit.
- Should you need to reschedule you must do so 48 hours prior to your set appointment time, otherwise we cannot change the date.
- If you cancel on the day of the cleaning, you will be charged an additional 25% equaling half of the scheduled clean.
- No monetary refunds. All clean must be inspected before our team leaves.
- We do not take cash or checks, only debit and credit cards.
- Each home must have running electricity, water, heat/air conditioning. All animals must be secured.
- If the home has any infestations, we will not clean the home until treated and cleared by pest control.
- If our team arrives and discovers an infestation, we will leave and you will be charged 50% of the total clean whether the job was completed or not.
- Due to time delays and traffic, we have a 2 hour arrival time window.
- The home must be completely empty of belongings, furniture & trash . If it is not there will be additional charges.
